Consultant, TA Technology

The Consultant is responsible for overseeing all Talent Acquisition (TA) technologies and tools including our ATS (iCIMS), CRM (Phenom People), A.I. tools (automated scheduling), and all job boards including LinkedIn and Indeed. This person will also support our employer branding initiatives in partnership with other departments to ensure our career site and social sites clearly represent our value proposition and brand. In addition to technology, this person will also help in developing and conducting sourcing strategies to find candidates for hard to fill positions. This professional will partner with recruiters, vendors, TA leaders and colleagues from across the organization on a variety of initiatives and projects to support the TA team in the search for talent. You will help position the organization to be competitive in talent attraction and ensure that recruiters are equipped with the right tools and technology to deliver high quality results. Responsibilities Optimize our ATS (in partnership with the HRIS team) with a focus on recruiter, candidate and hiring manager experiences; responsible for maintenance/break-fix, enhancements, integration with other technologies, and projects to leverage functionalities and connection to other tools. Operationalize and maintain the CRM, updating tags and candidates lists, supporting recruiters in campaigns for open positions, etc. Manage our career pages, updating content (videos, images, language, etc.) as needed. Partner with internal teams (e.g. Communications and Marketing) on Employer Branding initiatives, ensuring our EVP is up to date and communicated across all channels (Glassdoor, Indeed, Career Pages, etc.). Build talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques (ATS mining, SEO, Social Media Recruiting) across a multitude of channels to develop relationships with key professionals to create a pipeline of diverse talent for targeted positions through name generation across various markets and companies. Oversee our Employee Referral platform, A.I. Sourcing and Scheduling tools, and TA technologies, providing support, training, and guidance to recruiters. Provide general data (usage, candidate attraction, ROI, efficiency) to support TA leaders with decisions on investment in technology and tools. Build next level dashboards for leaders and recruiters that are data focused, with effective tables/visuals, and easy to use. Explore new technologies in the market to help increase efficiency and effectiveness in the TA process. Partner and build relationships with TA vendors to optimize our tools and implement new functionalities and resources. Participate and lead multiple phases of testing for TA technology projects. Develop trainings related to sourcing techniques, job boards, and TA technologies for end-users. Manage job boards, reassign licenses, track usage, job slots and job postings, and advise recruiters on how to operate the tools. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in communications, Sales/Marketing, Human Resources or related field. Five (5) years in Recruiting/Sourcing. Solid experience with TA technologies and tools (CRM, ATS, A.I. Scheduling & Sourcing tools, Job Boards, etc.). Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Advanced knowledge of sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, hiring process management, hiring manager interaction, time management, and technology. Experience in Internet research, candidate mining, Boolean search, etc. Experience utilizing innovative sourcing/recruitment techniques to recruit passive candidates. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet/exceed deadlines set. Intermediate presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of recruiting.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
