Implementation Advisor

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and implementation for new merchant acquiring clients. Then you will have a passion for this position! What does a Fiserv Implementation Advisor do? Within Global Business Solutions in our National Client Implementations, you will have the chance to work with top national/enterprise clients coming to Fiserv for merchant acquiring. You will plan and schedule implementation tasks; track and communicate deliverables to ensure successful implementation projects. This role will give you the opportunity to establish positive and productive working relationships both internal and external. You will host / attend client calls, and support and facilitate training to new and existing clients for reporting and products. Client facing experience and partnering with multiple resources is deeply valuable. You can look forward to:
Providing a complete view of the overall project to all stakeholders. Defining the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timeline. Identifying and communicating dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing control. Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycle. o High School Diploma required. AA/Bachelor's degree preferred. o 2 years merchant acquiring experience or relevant payment processing experience. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Experience in working directly with clients, and internal/external resources. o Utilization of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project and PowerPoint o Ability to work independently with minimal management/mentorship. Preferred Skills and
Experience:
o Proven success in current role and client satisfaction mindset. o Proven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution. o Understanding of merchant acquiring products, offerings, and knowledge of basic authorization transaction flow. o Ability to interpret and communicate Fiserv products and services to clients, sales, and vendors o Ability to gather client requirements and if needed identify alternatives / make contingency plans. o Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities. o Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. o Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments. o Ability to multi-task and strong attention to details o Fiserv system experience / knowledge Travel required:
o Less than 2% o Occasional afterhours support and on call for project implementations. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
