8 Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Alert Patrol Inc is a security company, and for this reason, the Operations Manager must be a multi-task professional that coordinates and oversees the organization's operations.
The main role is to implement Scheduling for the guards, designate the sites and tasks for the Supervisors, assist with Payroll, and guarantee the right processes and practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Deal with Dispatch issues:
create and manage all the Schedules for the guards and field supervisors to coordinate service and schedule, guaranteeing the company's operations.
Read all activity logs and incident reports, and make necessary corrections.
Enter all operational data, like ScheduleAnyWhere, Timesheets, etc.
Training new officers on T-sheets, ScheduleAnyWhere, and also being available to troubleshoot with the officers if necessary.
Prepare Operational documents & Templates.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Keep inventory of all uniform closets, keep them replenished and organized.
Put all employees' information into timesheets.
Check all logs in timesheets at locations and utilization Record and maintain files and records of security officers' requests, work or services performed, and other dispatch information.
Oversee all communications within specifically assigned expectations.
Ensure shift turnover to assure a clear understanding of the workload and daily/weekly expectations.
Insert and keep accurate information for the payroll.
Work with the Billing Department in order to get the Payroll properly done.
Deliver all Logs and DAR's to the Billing Department.
Make sure all guards are following policies and post orders in the field of work and report to the Manager of Human Resources.
Administer write-ups and fines for officers breaking company policies and procedures.
Keep track of all Field Supervisors/Officers and drop off documents.
Conduct weekly meetings with all Field supervisors to ensure morale is high and officers are doing their jobs to the best of their ability.
Ensure all clients are happy with the company and the service being provided.
Develop all operational forms for security purposes.
Must answer the phone and be on call to address any matters that arise and needs to be resolved pertaining to security and will work on security post if needed.
Ensure all security officers are trained to discharge all duties effortlessly.
MO will be held responsible for any service failures pertaining to officer training.
Ensure all officers are on their post at the scheduled time.
Reprimand security officers who do not follow policies and procedures.
Submitting hiring information to The Department of Agriculture's websites.
(DOACS) Take all client complaints and try to resolve the matter or report back to the VP of Operations.
Go to the site if needed to investigate any matter that has officer involvement.
Assist with the hiring of security officers if needed and go through the hiring procedures.
Give written reprimands to officers and explain & reiterate the policies of the company.
Training all new Field Supervisors, and guards - if the Field Supervisor is not available.
Keep track and close attention to the Field Supervisors.
Make all efforts to keep all the sites covered, even working on the site if necessary.
Answer the company telephone and create quotes for clients, when necessary, using our customer quote sheet.
Qualifications/Licenses and Education Requirements:
D-License (unarmed security guard license) and G-license (armed security guard license) - MANDATORY Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management 3yrs of relevant experience Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field Experience in Security Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
