Responsibilities include managing all front office duties, including answering phones, computerized scheduling using WebPT, basic Microsoft Excel reporting, performing insurance verifications/authorizations, and providing exceptional customer service and basic patient care support to the physical therapists in a team-based environment.
Previous medical experience & understanding of medical insurance preferred.
