The ideal candidate will have experience with phone systems and be able to handle high-stress situations, such as emergency room visits.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department- Scheduling appointments and following up with patients- Updating patient records and ensuring accuracy- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care- Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required- Experience with phone systems and customer service preferred- Ability to handle high-stress situations, such as emergency room visits- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail
