Exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Foster a positive work environment Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures and processes Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times Maintain a neat, clean and organized overall site appearance at each location Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager Day to Day
Responsibilities:
This position will also include getting the car wash opened on time in the morning.
Placing signs up, ensuring site neatness.
Throughout the day - constant cleaning, At closing, emptying out the vacuums, cleaning vacuums stalls; sweeping and cleaning the tunnel; cleaning office and restroom.

Handle all sales transactions & keep accurate records Check every customer's vehicle before they enter the car wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues Direct customers safely into the wash tunnel and onto the conveyor Facilitate the speedy processing of customer's vehicles by following the correct procedures for every vehicle through the car wash Continually clean all areas of the car wash to ensure that the customers see a clean, attractive facility, as well as all of the surrounding property Perform minor equipment repairs as trained and directed Perform good customer service whenever a customer asks a question or makes a comment Be willing to help whenever needed Report to management about any questions associated with chemicals, inventory, customers, vendors, suppliers Physical Requirements:
Required to stand for long periods of time in outside extreme to mild weather elements Must be able to lift and/or move items with a moderate amount of weight unassisted Other Requirements:
At least 18 years of age Legally eligible to work in the United States Previous car wash, sales or customer service experience is preferred Must maintain reliable transportation Mechanically inclined Highly reliable High energy candidate that exudes positivity and a fun attitude Attention to detail with initiative attitude Conduct yourself in a consistently positive manner and be a great team player Professionalism, honesty, reliability and ethical standards in all situations Job Type:
