1K a year SUMMARY Oversees the quality improvement activities of the organization.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One year certificate from college or technical school; and three to six months related experience and/or training.
Pediatric or ventilator experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid Florida Driver's License, Florida LPN License, HIV Course, CPR A Confidentiality Agreement is required and must be signed upon commencement of service.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Coordinates quarterly QI meetings for CompCare, Home Health and PPEC.
Collects and analyzes data and presents quality improvement reports quarterly to QI committee for SNF, PPEC and Home Health.
Provides and assists departments with QI problem tracking forms as well as infection control tools, chart audit forms and other forms to assist with tracking and monitoring compliance with AHCA.
Prepares quarterly Clinical Quality Indicator Report including census, discharges planned and unplanned, short- and long-term hospitalizations, ER visits and admissions from ER.
Participates in monthly Safety and QI meetings.
Participates in Pediatric Complex Care Association Quarterly Benchmarking and research committee for CompCare.
Provide medical support to PPEC and school staff at north and south campuses.
Assist with organization and presentation of staff education programs (HIPAA, HIV, etc.
) Participate in staff meetings, educational classes, and conferences as requested.
HIPAA Compliance officer.
Provide support to all programs and departments when assigned (ie:
chart audits, organization, monitoring requirements.
) Administers PPD and Drug Screening to employees.
Other duties may be assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
