Our Customer Education/Service Administrator will ensure customer/prospect enquiries are responded to timely with clear cohesive communication regarding current and future project opportunities.
Create and distribute materials to educate others on our unique deliverables and utilization of best practices to improve project results.
Support monthly website management needs and customer contact/database management.
Additional tasks and responsibilities as departmental needs require.

What you will do:
Support Outside Sales by identifying opportunities for a sales meeting and provide follow up materials/proposals after meetings.
Contribute to new business growth strategies by identifying target market groups, develop marketing materials, and coordinate communication and follow up on campaigns.
Engage with customers and describe the positive impacts of our field technician recommended product and service solutions in an easy-to-understand way that will compel them to act.
Ensure customer inquiries are responded to within 1 business day or acknowledged that a solution is being worked on and estimated timeframe provided.
Create and follow up on preventative maintenance contracts according to automated prompts.
Ensure our database is updated with customer information and notes regarding follow up progress on proposals so we all communicate a clear, consistent message to the customer.
Ensure repair/upgrade/replacement proposals have correct work scope, parts, pricing, and recommendations are communicated clearly to customers with sense of urgency and personal/timely follow up.
Close and invoice work orders timely with extreme attention to detail ensuring the summary is in line with the long-term solution for the station, the message is clear, urgency created, and supported with photos/flowguard.
