Preferably experienced in an Auto Dealer setting or service department, but not mandatory.
We currently have an opportunity available for a Administrative Assistant/Cashier.
Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
Cashier, will processes monetary and credit card transactions as well as completes and closes repair orders for the dealership's clients.
Administrative Assistant, will assit General Sales Manager and sales managers Job Responsibilities Prints repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due Records amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift Maintains records of daily transaction documentation Assists receptionist with phone calls Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts Schedule is 12:
00pm to 9:
00pm and working on Sundays and having one day of the week off.
