- Assist with demand planning and inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels - Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality of products - Utilize forklift to move and organize inventory within parts room - Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts room space - Assist with order management system, including processing orders and tracking shipments - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks - Answering phone calls and emails making estimates and invoices -
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently - Proficient in using order management systems - Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
