We are hiring three new, licensed, FFM-certified, and EXPERIENCED health insurance sales experts to our top-tier Affordable Care Act insurance sales team in Hollywood, Florida.
In a time when other agencies are cutting their compensation and commission, we are committed to maintaining a top-of-the-line compensation structure.
In exchange for this, we are looking for only the best of the best in the Affordable Care Act insurance sales world.
Our team consists of all licensed, certified, experienced, punctual professional agents with an unquenchable thirst for success.
Agents will only handle inbound live transfers and never have to make a single cold call!Requirements:
Agents must be punctual and courteous.
No current Enhance employees.
Past Enhance employees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Have an active 215 or 240 licenses in at least 15 states.
Must be currently 2023 FFM certified.
Have at least six months of ACA insurance sales experience with a proven track record of results.
Compensation:
We offer unrivaled compensation starting at $30 per hour plus bonuses.
Bonuses include $250 for the week for closing 50 deals in a week.
$500 for the week for closing 75 deals in a week, and $750 for the week for closing 100 deals in a week.
Simply put, an average agents can expect to make between $1,800 - $6,000 per week, depending on performance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
