This is not a remote position; this requires in office schedule.
Since 2008 United Water Restoration Group has been assisting the State of Florida by restoring their property after damage caused by water, fire or mold.
Our technicians operate 24/7 to assist our clients when they are in need.
Your role will be ensuring that their satisfaction is our number one priority from day one to the very last day we're on property.
Job description As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at United Water Restoration, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers during their time of need.
You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the water, fire or mold damage restoration process.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can empathize with our clients, answer their questions, and guide them through the restoration process with professionalism and compassion.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and provide Information about our services, pricing, and the restoration process Scheduling - Schedule appointments for on-site assessment and services Reporting - Add notes to our CRM software, and reporting sheets Lead Generation:
Manage our lead flow platforms and assist with lead source reporting Customer Follow-Ups - Assist with estimate follow-ups and reporting using our software Facilitate Manager Operations - Provide support to our Office Manager and Field Manager Requirements:
High school diploma 2-4 years experience as a customer service representative.
Proficient in Microsoft Apps (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint ect) Ability to learn our job management software Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive, high-energy attitude Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set Proficiency with computers and web-based applications Compensation:
$17.
00 - $20.
00 depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k available after 60 days Paid holidays and PTO.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
