Responsibilities:
Build strong, meaningful relationships with students and parents, demonstrating genuine care for them as individuals.
Cultivate and sustain an engaging atmosphere that fosters high expectations and enthusiasm for learning.
Incorporate critical thinking skills, application skills, interpersonal skills, and technology into a well-aligned curriculum and assessment process, leading to measurable student achievement gains in alignment with school and state standards.
Qualifications:
Adherence to all Special Education laws.
Proficiency in coordinating meetings with district and school personnel.
Address the diverse needs of our students, parents, and staff.
Deliver positive, constructive, and encouraging feedback.
Draft and update all Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 plans.
Fulfill any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the principal.
Certification:
Must hold a valid Florida Educator's Certificate or eligible for a Florida certificate in Exceptional Student Education.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
