Support Technician Assistant
Reports To: Tier II Support Technician
Full Time Part Time Temporary Exempt Non-Exempt
Job Summary
This position reports directly to the Tier II Support Technician in providing customer service to all inside staff. This includes helping staff create work tickets, determining and documenting their technical issues and providing assistance with helping identify, research and resolve technical problems presented in Level I, II and III HelpDesk tickets. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Candidate must be able to produce monthly expense reports using Concur System for the IT Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Must have very strong customer service skills to service staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve HelpDesk tickets related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, and the network
Monthly Expense reporting for the IT Department
Provide administrative assistance in

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
