We are selectively searching for the right men and women to join us as Funding Specialists.
The Funding Specialist (FS) will be the first responder to all inbound sales channel partner and merchant inquiries. The FS is expected to identify customer needs and match up the benefits of our funding solutions, over competing products, to match the customers' working capital needs. The FS must be a clear communicator and comfortable with receiving inbound calls and initiating outbound calls based on marketing leads.
Ideal candidates will have experience selling merchant credit card processing, gift and loyalty rewards card programs, payroll services, business brokering services or other similar financial services in a competitive call-center environment. We provide you with complete sales training.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all client relationships and contact information in our Customer Relationship Management system
Identify customer needs and acquire new customers in need of our working capital
Initiate outbound calls to follow up on direct response marketing campaigns and to grow business with select sales channel partners.
Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests within pre-determined Service Level Agreements
Learn the technical aspects of our business cash advance and other working capitalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
